海晶科技公司成立于2017年，主营业务为溴素的生产、销售，为海光公司全资子公司。溴素生产采用国内先进制溴工艺新技术，生产过程实行全自动化精准控制，产品质量优良稳定，年生产能力可达5000吨。2019年12月海晶科技被认定为*级高新技术企业，并被评为~生产标准化二级企业（危险化学品）。公司具备溴素~生产许可证、工业产品生产许可证等行政许可证书，通过了质量管理、环境管理、职业健康~管理体系认证。

         Haijing Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2017, belonging to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haiguang Company. It mainly adopts advanced bromine production technology in China to produce bromine products, as well as sells them. The production process is fully automated and accurately controlled. All products have high and stable quality, with an annual production capacity of 5000 tons. In December, 2019, Haijing Technology Co., Ltd. was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, and was rated as a second-class enterprise of safety production standardization (hazardous chemicals). Furthermore, the Company has obtained some administrative license certificates, such as Bromine Safety Production License and Industrial Product Production License, etc., as well as has passed the certification of quality management, environmental management and occupational health & safety management system.
