天津海光科技发展股份有限公司成立于1988年，地处滨海新区核心地带天津经济技术开发区，占地面积22200余平方米。公司为“天津市无机盐化学原料药生产基地”，主要产品包括原料药氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化钙、氯化镁，产品质量符合ChP、BP、EP、USP要求，广泛应用于医药、高端金属表面处理等行业，与国内外知名药企建立长期稳定的战略合作关系。原料药氯化钠为国内全力通过*级GMP认证产品，年产量20000吨以上。
Tianjin Haiguang Technology Development Co., Ltd., was established in 1988. It is located in Tianjin Economic- Technological Development Area, the core area of Binhai New Area, covering an area of more than 22,200m2. The Company is regarded as the “Tianjin Inorganic Salt Chemical API Production Base”. Its main products include API sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride and magnesium chloride. Moreover, the product quality meets the requirements of CP, BP, EP and USP. They are widely applied in many industries, such as medicine, high-end metal surface treatment and so on. The Company has also established long-term and stable strategic cooperative relations with well-known pharmaceutical enterprises at home and abroad. Its sodium chloride API is the first certified product that passed national GMP Certification in China, with an annual output of over 20,000 tons.
2015年12月公司完成股份制改制，由渤化集团所属海晶集团和渤化资产共同出资成立，注册资本金人民币5743万元。公司拥有较强的自主研发和成果转化能力，拥有授权*48项，并于2020被认定为*级高新技术企业，连续两年入选*科技型中小企业库，连续多年被天津药监局授予“放心药厂”称号。公司于2021年荣获天津市“绿色工厂”荣誉；2021年11 月入选国企改革“双百行动”。2022年荣获第七届天津滨海新区质量奖
