医用氯化钾

本品为无色透明的立方结晶或白色结晶粉末，分子式为KCl，分子量为74.55。无臭，味咸涩，易溶于水，在乙醇中不溶。溴化物不大于0.1%，含纯99.6~101.0%。医用氯化钾是临床常用的电解质平衡调节药，临床效果确切，广泛用于临床各科。用于诊治和预防各种原因（进食不足、呕吐、严重腹泻、应用排钾，在~药或长期应用糖皮质刺和肾上腺皮质刺、失钾性肾病、Bartter综合症等）引起的低钾血症，亦可用于心、肾性水肿以及洋地黄等强心甙中毒引起的频性、多源性早搏或快速心率失常。
